Not just of the picture, but of the whole page. As you guys said, some of the evidence is the page it is on....Be sure to collect a screen shot of the whole page. Might take a couple screen shots

As far as business goes, looks like he shot himself in the foot.

It doesn't matter if he actually speared it or not. He is selling himself as a "Master SCUBA Diver Trainer" and a " US Coast Guard 50 ton Master Captain". It is implied that it was spear since it is on the Spearfish page. If a new diver sees this they will think in must be ok to spear sharks since a Professional is promoting it. This may be the only one he ever shoots but this could lead to dozens if not hundreds being needlessly killed. As an industry professional there is no excuse for this. I know he has to of been contacted by now yet he hasn't removed this from his site.
