Freight costs are dependent on exactly what you want shipped, and your address, and the method.
We would be happy to get you a quote if you email us with your ship to address and the goods you want. There is a "rig configurator" on our website.
Based on the information in your first post, i.e. 7 kg with a 12 L Al tank, I can estimate that your current 7mm suit is about 13-15 lbs positive.
With your 7mm suit you can use a LCD 20 wing. This should provide enough lift for a future dry suit, as long as it is not more than 20 lbs positive.
If you'd like a recommendation on a wing let me know.
