If there is a Whole Foods Market nearby they have steel cut oats in the bulk foods section too.

You may not consider this breakfast but I like to BBQ up some chicken breasts and carry them with me too. So after the oatmeal and other stuff people have said..... when you get the munchies 2 or 3 hours later, some chicken is a great way to bring your metabolism back up, it's a lean meat, with great protein. Just another consideration. :)

That sounds excellent. When I was taking b-fast to work it consisted of:

diced chicken or meat
cooked and chopped broccoli, asparagus or spinach
diced tomatos and chili peppers

Mix all three together and enjoy.

When that was all gone I finished with yogurt, 2 slices WW bread, fruit.

You guys probably don't need weights when you go diving !!!
