The debris is straight out from the southernmost blue roofed building.
The swim was about 200 yards.
You'll get a good idea by looking out at the boats anchored there.
I've only dived it once with my max depth being 25 feet.
I spent about 1hr 20min just kicking around one area checking the critters out.
The nurse shark seemed to not like comapny but not want to leave the area, so it would swim off only to come back 5 minutes later.
I came across a green moray that appeared to be as big around as my leg.
What surprised me were the barrel sponges and vases.
I was totally bummed out when...after shooting about 6 or so photos I got a "Menory Full" message. Dumb @ss that I am, I forgot to put a film card in the camera.

Man I have it on one of the aerials!

I feel so empowered. :)

Thanks!

Splitlip....my workschedule will allow me some free time all next week so I'm going to dive this spot at least daily starting Friday 7/16.
Give a yell if you want to buddy up.
I have a feeling there's a bunch more out there yet to see.

crap.

I just logged on.

Maybe again today?

Yesterday was a bust.
I was so excited about getting back out to the pile I miscalculated the current and started my dive waaaaaaay off the mark (too far north).
The current was ripping yesterday. A very harsh northward current.
I needed to start my swim at least 1/2 mile south, swim due east and let the current carry me right to the drop zone.

Oddly enough...last sunday there was very little to no current and I swam straight out to the site.

My daughter is town for the weekend, so I diving is out unless she wants to.

When I saw your post last evening I jumped on my bicycle and shot over. Id did look gnarly.

Way too rough today.
Maybe that's why hardly anyone dives this from the beach.
