Heavy canvas US military mechanic's tool bag. Got ours for about $10 at a surplus store.
 
The XS and the Akona weight bags are awesome, I am not sure that you can ever put too much weight in them, They also dry well, I just toss my weights in them and leave the zipper open. No green or black stuff yet!
 
i was serious...
if im in doubles-weights are on my belt so its convenient to wear it
if im diving single tank with bc-1/2 weight is on belt...so i wear it
other 1/2 is in bc ...so i wear it
still haven't found the use for carrying a bag in my hands
rather use my shoulders and hips
i store in a milk crate at home
just my 2 pennys

Max I wear is about 4#. So it's on belt in the bottom of my gear bag with mask box and computer box.
 
For some reason mine ended up in a soft sided cooler. I toss some cold water bottles in with them too.
