Quick update: none of us had any reaction at all to chloroquine. We are back from our trip and have just one more dose to take. Thanks for all the replies!

Great to hear. So often we don't hear back - and it's nice to. Glad you had a wonderul trip and no problems. Those 4 weeks of follow up doses were always hard for me to remember.
