Interesting...define "suck" if you please. Is it really so consistently bad?

And what's this about an extension?

First came to PG in Aug 1996.
The vis was excellent especially during winter but now!!!! Even those deep sites eg. Horse head, Fish Bowl, Sweet Lips Corner, Deep Escarceo are affected.

The new extension!!!! How could a building being allowed to be erected on public land(sea).
