I had a lung biopsy when I was about 1 year old. Do you think that will disqualify me on a dive physical.

Do you have any residual effects or current problems with your lungs? What was the biopsy for?
Probably not. Does it affect your lung function in any way?

I had asthma when I was a kid. Haven’t used an inhaler in like 4 years. Also never had an attack and wheezing.

All the internet input will be interesting, I'm sure, and probably not all in agreement.
In the end, you'll need to talk to a doctor and get examined.
The asthma, by the way, is not a good indicator for commercial diving; it can even be a problem for recreational diving.
