Had the Cartesio since summer 2019. Changed the battery a number of times without problem. Went to change it last week and when the new battery goes in , it bleeps, the screen lights up and then goes blank. I am based in Taiwan and Philippines, Service out here is pretty useless. Any advice of tips greatly appreciated.
 
Loose contact or just a bad battery? Did you try another battery?
