you dont need any tools to do it. really. put your shorts on! the top of your knee is going to help you get a grip.pull the old glove off the o ring. put the o ring into the new glove making sure its even all way round, i think it goes in about an inch from memory. the o ring is now folded inside the glove. now, this is it! hold the o ring in the glove and start to work it around the glove retainer keeping an even margin, you will need to really press down on your knee to hold it in place while you work it round. it will pop into place, job done. it may take a couple of goes to nail it. strong grip is key and use that knee to help. try it, its quite easy really, honest.
