Sunday AM 7.42 AM get in the water around 6:42AM
Sunday PM 8:16 PM get in the water around 7:16 PM

Do I need to do anything special to get involved in this? Call the shop and get a permit?

I might try to do the night dive but I'm about 45 minutes away from the area. I dont know if i can confirm my girlfriend and her friend to let me borrow their rental car on Sunday to get there

Just call and let them know you plan to dive. They may want you to check in at their shop a bit before the dive. Their shop is just west of the bridge and easily seen on your right in the construction area.

Do you want I should speak with these uncaring individuals about the car??
