I work for carnival and can dive with sand dollar for dirt cheap, but I choose not to. While the dms were decent, the dives are not. They always go to the same two sites and the dive times are limited (35 and 45 minutes). Even if there is not that much money saved I wouldb suggest an outside op for better quality dives.
