Very nice work. What material did you use to make the reel spool and SPG cover?

The spool of the reel is made of kevlar impregnatred Nylon, and the cover on the reel and the SPG cover are made of UHMW (a much softer and cheaper plastic).

The line I have on the reel right now is not ideal, it is a hollow braid nylon, I would like to get some 1/8 kevlar, but no one has it for free.

I need to find the drawings of the reel before I can post any explanation. I am in the process of looking for them, but nothing yet.
