Unlike Loran C, GPS tends to be extremely accurate. If the coords you have are from someone who was actually there (ie- not converted Loran C coords), they should put you pretty much on top of her. You shopuldn't have to do much in the way of searching.

The jug hunt method is primarily for situations like trying to find a wreck which corresponds to a symbol on a chart.

Yeah, I know GPS is accurate. I've been a Geocacher since the game started, so I'm usually damn good at using one....I don't know how many times I've used a GPS to find something in the middle of nowhere :D


Apparently, the owner of the dive shop I called in Green Bay has been to this wreck, so I'm hoping that the coordinates they gave me were ones they obtained themselves.
