FL Keys or Coz?

To answer someone else's question, 3 possible dive days depending whether we leave Thursday night or Friday morning, return on Tuesday. That's actually the reason I'm leaning toward the Keys, simply because it's closer and we will likely have more opportunity to dive on Friday that way.

3 Days of diving, I'd def. go with the keys. If you plan it right, you can be in the water in around 4hrs from take off. Never flown Internationally, but have relatives that do and sometimes it can be a nightmare.

Having dived the keys, and looked at some pics/vid of Coz, both have GREAT dive sites, but given its only 3days of diving, the keys may be the best bang for the buck.

Also, if your leaning towards a DM. Key Largo Scuba Shack puts a DM in the water every dive, six pack etc. Few board members have been with them and gotten great reviews.

If you're dive buddy does not have dive insurance, see what you can do to get him to get DAN - and not the cheapest one, at least the middle plan.

The student can enroll online for the free student coverage altho the full coverage is better and he'll need it as soon as certified anyway.

My vote goes towards Key Largo - it's has it all.
