Ive also flown to Sorong with Srijiwaya..no problems, flights on time. HUGE added bonus with Srijiwaya is that they are the only Indo airline I've seen that you can book with a US credit card online!

Expect the flights to be delayed out of Sorong. Always.

BTW, I was in "first class" on Express going to Sorong. Only because they put me there after screwing up my seat confirmation (found out at 5 AM, I didn't have a seat. Only the Indonesian from the airport transit hotel I paid checkin service for rescued that situation by simply being able to communicate). It did have more room, but that was because it was just the first row on the plane and you had more room between it and the bulkhead. We also got the same Kentucky Fried Chicken (with ball of rice, and good spicy chicken) meal as everybody else. I sat next to what I thought was a nice gentleman on the way there. Nice until I realized how he was coughing and sniffling... I thought the trip was shot to hell and I was sure to get sick, so I hung over the armrest into the aisle the whole way. (Lucked out and made it after all). The lady for the next part of the trip spent most of the trip humming and singing to herself.

But the packet of ketchup to squeeze on your sticky rice ball made it all worth it, didn't it?
