If yawl book the Getaway let me know, I live just a few miles from it. My buddy and I dive out of here in the Gulf of Mexico and wouldn't mind some new SB folks going out with us when we go. :)

My dive shop has one going in October....

I would love to hear some suggestions for a liveaboard 3-6 days out of Florida. I have found Blackbeards (looks great but fully booked - on waiting list) and Sea-Clusive's Dry Tortugas (also appealing - staterooms).

Any others I can look into? Again Thanks.

Hello there. You'ra best bet for diving in the Bahamas on a liveaboard is Jim Abernethy's Scuba Adventures. You can contact Anna Abernethy at 561- 842-6356. The vessel, Shearwater, is a 65' liveaboard and the trips are so much fun. THey are full of excitement with great crew. The boat goes all over the bahamas with trips ranging from 3-16 days. I just went on a trip to west end on May 5th and it was awesome. We swam with dolphins and many sharks.

The only vessel I know of that carries oxygen and helium, and that has a grade E air compressor that is suitable for oxygen service fills is Ocean Explorer. http://www.oceanexplorerinc.com/.

Does anyone know any larger vessels that will take larger groups that depart from Florida with similar services?
