Greetings. We got back yesterday from a week in Bonaire and thought I'd share the one truly useful thing I learned. Every dive shop I tried was sold out of the de facto dive guide by Susan Porter. I eventually found a stack of them in a souvenir shop. If you're standing in front of the Subway (sandwich shop...) and facing it, go right (South) half a block until you reach the public parking lot. That little shop on the Northeast corner where you are now standing had about half a dozen when I left. Seventh Edition. I heard from an unreliable source that either they are printing more or a new edition is coming out.

My fourth edition doesn't have Candyland, but the new one does. Getting to it when it's this wet is ... amusing.

I am not saying that you need a copy, nor that this is necessarily the best guide any more, only that I was able to find it.

Happy diving.
