Took a look at the links. Great resource. Liked the facebook page as well. I'm over more towards panama city and I'm starting to see a lot more fish out there. We normally dive away from the Tourist diving spots mainly hardbottom and we're seeing a lot of fish in these places.
 
I'm not seeing them in the PCB area as much as I'm seeing them further to the West. My understanding is that their distribution is tied to Gulf currents, so you can have two areas just a few miles apart that are polar opposites in fish density.
