That was one of the first things i noticed(besides all the little blue H's) was how much softer the webbing was compared to my previous halcyon backplate without all of the little H's and much stiffer webbing. I dont have a preference between the stiffness of the two harnesses as i dont notice it in thick exposure protection anyways but i seriously wish halcyon would do away with all of the little blue H's on their webbing.
 
For God's sake...get over the H's! I've never seen a single piece of equipment that didn't have some kind of logo on it. If you don't like it, rethread it backwards. THERE! It's black! Crap! Now there's H's on the waist belt! Geez, you just can't win. I am certain the H's reduce the functionality of the webbing. I just know it.......
