Just for clarification, I’m not trying to access anyone’s personal information or sell them in any way? I just need to collect data for my IB Math internal assessment and that’s why I posted this form. The form doesn’t collect the email address you answer, it’s just your response (which consists of either yes or no, and if yes the depth it occurred).

And I have sent a new link so that everyone can respond. It is totally anonymous.

If you don’t feel comfortable answering the form, you can answer the poll I’ve just created and write the depth as an answer under this post. I appreciate any types of contributions.
