Secondly, about your inquirey - i havent dived there - but i did a search on the web for some info and came up with:

I am not sure exactly what info your looking for so some (maybe all) of these will be useless - but i thought i'd give it a go!

Welcome to a great source of information. As for the Tortugas, you should probably post the questions in the travel forum.
