and surprise, surprise.. it works now 
no loss of signal
did few dives now and now it works all the time and not like before when i would have to basically swim with my hand over my neck to keep the link up
as i said before I was pretty sure i had bad unit and not that the 750GT in general has this problem,,,
well.. i am so happy it works now
