I've been a long-time lurker on this board but never felt the qualifications to post until now. My girlfriend and I just got our OW certification this past weekend, so at least I might finally have some form of a clue as to what I'm talking about now .
I've lived in Alabama all my life and forsee myself mostly diving at Bluewater (in Pelham), the Florida panhandle, and probably occasional trips to the Carribean. I just recently bought new equipment, so I'm itching to dive more (gonna take Nitrox and AOW sometime this summer probably). Anyway, just figured I'd introduce myself and not be such a stranger.

Thanks for all the valuable info you've all given in the past (even though you didn't know I was taking it ) and I look forward to posting here more often.
