I'm pretty sure I deleted the http://. Repeatedly.

Check using the text "BB CODE EDITOR" editor for the threads.

Yeah, yeah, deleted http:// using bb code editor. Repeatedly. I am using firefox/linux, its interpretation of javascrapt involved may differ from yours. It also runs with "interesting" user-agent headers likely to confuse any libraries that try to "enrich my user experience" by customizing code for my browser. It did work once for me, in this thread, after several tries. I'm sure it work again sometime.
Thanks for trying, though.

I'm also having trouble with this. Trying for a reduced-size SB logo in my signature using
[image=100]www.scubaboard.com/community/styles/default/xenforo/sblogo.png[/image]
as described above.

Results in: [image=100]www.scubaboard.com/community/styles/default/xenforo/sblogo.png[/image]

While I'm here, I couldn't find a list of the accepted BB codes. There used to be one, I think. I searched, found an old post that mentioned "Help" ... and I couldn't find that either. There's a link at the bottom of the page that says "FAQ and HELP" - but there's no help there... I found the "plain" used above by googling Xenforo bb codes.

And more strangeness: The example in post #9 above displays an empty image to me. Getting info on the image says it's 0x0 px scaled to 80x80. Source image no longer exists? But cutting and pasting the url http://www.swimsmooth.com/images/plantarflex.jpg in another tab shows me that same image in post #1.

The logo doesn't scale well that small so here's a couple of options:
sblogo150.png
sblogo200.png

OK, thank you; I was trying for a solution that didn't involve another static stored image, but as you can see, I can use this.
So now my sig is referencing an image attached to your post in this forum thread. Is that suitably permanent, and is it the way you'd like it done?
Should there be a library somewhere? Should one or more of these become a smiley?

Thanks for solving my immediate awkward signature problem. Just wondering if it needs some cleanup. And about BB codes.

You're probably the only person on the board with the logo in their signature.

I did add the smaller one to the smilies - it's called :small logo: - no space between the 2 words.

:smalllogo:

I've seen a bbcode list somewhere - when i find it I'll post it here and send you an alert.

I've seen several bbcode lists, my understanding is there is a "core" set and various "extended" ones that some programs understand some of. I think the useful one would be the one SB installation of Xenforo understands, and it should be under "FAQ and Help".
