A few times ive spit in my mask and then soon as i get to 15ft or so ive noticed a nice blur in my mask where i didnt rinse it enough so i take my mask off, wipe off the drool hahaha and then put it back on

I think its a good skill to be able to do, ive been in a situation where I have had a mask ripped off during a dive and being able to relax and put it back on was key.....its a sensation that is a bit different then just clearing a mask.

I think some agencies are teaching this now

... you have to be careful not to get something in your eye when you do that ...
