The comment that BillP wrote earlier in this FORUN is right on, namely, strenuous and/or vigorous exercise forms new nucleation sites (= tissue bubbles). Avoid this strenuous activity if you wish to avoid DCS. I believe, that I should say a few words about this in the Dr Deco FORUM.
 
With 75 dives per year, eating bananas before the dive and experiencing no problems when walking about - I think Walter pegged it....Just say no! If you know this is going to cause you a problem either tell the DM to stuff it or wait to be the last one up the ladder. You are a paying customer too and I have never encountered the kneeling thingee on ANY boat! Just my experiences. Good luck!
