Hmm. Something smells fishy here. If Puffers live on the bottom, and Chip shot that fish from 30' away how did the spear enter the fish from below?

I needed a souvenier from FL, wasnt expecting that. At least it wasn't an STD

I think a far more likely explaination is that he is trying to save the fish by removing it from a shaft that the fish fell onto. I also see that he is trying to save the coral by stamping out the red algae.
