Yes! Roatan is a great dive location, especially if you are a new diver. Fantasy Island is great, good dive operation and nice accomodations. Food was good and the grounds had some things to do as well. Also check out CoCo View, a big favorite for many on this board! They also have onsite diving and air conditioning. Both resorts accomodate shore diving, however, CoCo view has a more convenient entry and exit. (FI is off of a gazebo which faces CoCo view - hard to get in and out for some).
