Looks like a challenging program and some similar criteria to the GUE Fundamentals program.

This one worries me 😨 👉 50 feet underwater swim (no swim aids); I'm assuming on one breath similar to GUE. I've never tried but that seems like holding a long breath!

I'll definitely be going to the 3R's next year, that looks like a lot of fun!
LOL…for some reason I was thinking 50 yards even though I clearly wrote feet. Just finished OW and swam 200 yards so in my mind I was thinking a length of the pool and back submerged!

I’ve joined a few FB dive clubs (there are quite a lot in SoCal) and look forward to joining in on some shore dive events.
Hi Morlan, welcome to the forum. I joined recently as well and am based in LA.

Can you point me towards the dive clubs you're finding on FB or elsewhere? I'm looking for groups/buddies to shore dive with in Southern California. Thanks!
