regarding this kind of thing. Someone (I think it was SeaJay) was going to try to beat the record. I thought it was really interesting how he tried to plan the whole thing. Gave a lot of factors to think about.

Jerry Hall beat his old record of longest dive in open water by completing a dive of about 5 days' duration. The dive was conducted at Fish Springs Marina on Watagua Lake, in Hampton Tennessee.

Jerry's stated goal was to raise awareness, and donations, for the Southern Appalachian Ronald McDonald House Charities.
