Nha Trang - Vietnam in November

I will be in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in November and would like to do a couple of days of diving.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a dive operator in Nha Trang?

Other places close to HCMC are also OK but heard most about Nha Trang.

I would like to do a Nitrox course as well if possible.
