Air contamination.
  • A year of not using the tank is long.
  • How is the air surroundings
  • You don't know if the air filled is or has been contaminated then;
  • If it's Nitrox avoid use.

The responsibility in owning your own tank(s) is that your liable for any faults. Ensure that its up to date in certifications and inspections. And that your air is clean. Have it refilled with clean fresh air.
