WOW!!!! Assuming the hunter wasn't practicing spear and release, that would require some fridge space....or big wall for the mount. I can just imagine it, "Honey, look what I picked up for the den."

You know, I've never heard of this fish being called a 'warsaw'. This is a goliath fish/jewfish right? Grouper family?

Here are the regs for Florida. If you look down at the bottom of page 2, you'll see that Goliath Grouper (the fish formerly known as Jewfish) and another species known as Nassau are both protected and illegal to take by spear or rod & reel. All others are fair game.
