Good points Dennis, I agree! I can't begin to explain how many times my OW course got slightly off topic but contributed greatly to the overall learning and experience. Often people will have questions but seem to be too afraid to ask or bring them to the table and it really only takes one person to say something to get the balling rolling and everyone is contributing and answers start coming (often without a question even needing to be asked).
