Open water courses in cebu or mactan

I am a certified diver but would like to bring the activites to my family. my wife and cousins would like to pick up diving and we are thinking to do the open water courses in cebu or mactan.

Any dive shops with chinese speaking instructor to recommend?

There's a Hong Kong dive shop [FONT=arial, sans-serif]"paradive" on Mactan. But I am afraid they speak Cantonese. On Alona Beach, Sierre Madre and Ocean Avenue have Chinese Instructor.
