There is excellent diving off Nusa Lembongan , which is near Bali. You have a very high chance of seeinb Mantas and possibly Mola Mola. We have stayed and dived with two excellent local shops..Two Fish and World Diving. This will also help you get some practice in on currents for Komodo, but do stay on the island which is non touristy and very interesting.

May 5-10 - Similan Islands Liveaboard, Thailand
May 11-12 - Bali diving, Indonesia
May 13-15 - Chilling in Ubud, Indonesia
May 16-21 - Headed over to Mabul / Sipadan, Malaysia
May 22-26 - Komodo Liveaboard, Indonesia
May 27-31 - Malapascua Island, Philippines
June 1-2 - Oslob, Philippines (not sure if I'd want to dive there but we'll get there and see)
June 3-7 - Diving in Bohol, Philippines
June 8-10 - Checking out the Mayon volcano in Legazpi, Phillipines
June 11-12 - Checking out Manila and flying back!
