Planning philippine trip

Hey guys,
So I am planning a dive trip in the philippines. 3 weeks trip. Main focus is going to Anilao then to Cebu to visit family, and I will have 3-4 days after that, might check out Pangloa or Dauin.

How many days would be good enough to dive Anilao? Would a 7 day trip be good or will it end up being repetitive by the end of the week?

Which has better diving between Pangloa or Dauin? Looking for site that have a good balance of macro, reefs, big life.

Cebu Province or the City?
1. Would 7 days be enough?
Four dives a day can easily be arranged.
2. Panglao vs Dauin?
More macro after Anilao?
My personal preference is Panglao over Dauin because of varieties.

How about Malapascua?
