@arvin , just buy an aftermarket inflator and a hose and replace them. I think seats (of the elbow) on SP are not standardized, so, you must try it out before buying to find a direct fit from another brand. If you do not want to use the dump valve, don't attach wire inside the hose that actuates the dump valve into new inflator.
 
Easy, I believe (I have swapped out an AA SS1, which is similar).

Buy a power inflator and your preferred length of corrugated hose. Buy some zip ties if you don’t already have a stash.

attach and secure the corrugated hose to the BCD flange before you attach the power inflator. That way, you can put on the bcd and twist the inflator so that lies in the orientation you prefer prior to securing w/ zip ties.

5 min DIY, or $10-50 in labor from your LDS.
