I first dived in Malta just last year with dive deep blue (http://www.divedeepblue.com) I enjoyed it so much I returned in the Nov and now I live in Malta.

There are so many dive schools in Malta and Gozo (Strand being the worst - old and out-dated equipment) there are others who are far from regulated... Dive Deep Blue are a small and very friendly outfit. The guys who run the school are highly qualified and very experienced. They have their own pool for confined water dives during the summer months (they use the National Pool in the 'cooler' months) they have an extensive range of equipment for hire, but most of all they have an second to none attitude towards their clients.

I must say that when you are looking around for a dive school here in Malta it's not always the best option to take the cheapest available... deep blue are not the most expensive and not the cheapest but all the staff work hard to ensure you have a good diving holiday. They can book the whole package for you, pick-up from the airport and back, hotel, pick-up from your hotel & back for each diving day, equipment hire, larger tanks if required.

Whatever you decide, you'll love Malta and the diving here... I loved it so much I moved from Biarritz!!
