I dive double steel 100's, carry an AL80 stage and an AL40 deco bottle EASILY with my DR Rec Wing.

Are you diving a plate or a soft pack?

Cool. I think I'll get 2 HP119s. I think it'll work fine.
 
I have used my Trans Pack and rec wing for over two years now and find it does the job fantastically for both single and double tanks and is very comfortable. I use single and double 12L fabers and with a 40cf catalina aluminum sling tank for deco dives. IMO you can't go wrong with a rec wing.

My Rec Wing works just fine for singles, however for warm water diving I prefer my Pioneer wing.
My Rec Wing works okay for my double 100's. With my double 130's (8" tanks), my classic wing works much better.

The 119's are the same diameter as the 130's, you may want to consider 120's (smaller diameter) or a different wing.
