Also check out Conch Republic. Just dove them last weekend and had a BLAST!

I have had excellent results with Paradise Charters. They use smaller boats and put a dive master in the water with you. Divers are set up with a dive master in groups of 6. Two of their boats will only accomodate 6 divers. The in the water dive master makes for a great tour guide for divers not familiar with the area.
