my feet really sink. with a full breath of air my mouth is just barely out of the water if i'm laying back. when i exhale i quickly start to sink.

yeah, you are a sinker... a TRUE floater floats even with lungs empty! (But we will accept half-full-lung floaters into the club too) :)
 
Float with full lungs, exhale and I sink. I'm calling myself neutral.
 
I only use 4 lbs in the pool with my shorty wetsuit, and mostly it's there to give my belt the 'look' for my students. I'm totally a stinker...er....a sinker
 
I always have hard time to descend even with 6Kg lead
 
I'm a sinker, which is funny beacuse I'm not really skinny. Must be all my massive muscles.
