Shell - Inflation Valves - Products - SI-TECH

1.The shell valve is not easy to be unmounted by Combi tool.
But, that's the only tool comes with the drysuit.
Do you have any alternative way to unmount the valve?

2.The push button of my si-tech shell inflation valve got stuck.
In the field, its really annoying. I can only inflate in 1 second and have to unplug the hose in case the drysuit is contine inflating. I suspect the spring inside the valve is losing its elasticity but I don't know how to fix it.
Can anyone tell me how to open the valve and inspect the inside structure?
Thank you.

I use my hands to take the inflation valve off.
Sounds like your O rings need changing in the valve.
It's an easy field repairs that should take about 5 mins.
Here is a link on how to rebuild your inflation valve.
