Wow I didn't think there was a direct flight to Sorong.... are you sure it is direct? Usually it stops in Makassar (Ujung Pandang, Sultan Hasanuddin)

I agree, from Jakarta to Sorong, the direct flight is the way to go. From Singapore, I prefer taking Singapore airlines to Makasar before taking a domestic flight to Sorong.
