Pull the seal up your wrist a bit. The tendons are less pronounced higher up your arm.

I would get bottle seals if you can find them that fit. I used to always get water in my seals (not much, but enough) until I switched.

Only downside is the limited selection of sizes, which is a huge plus to the cone seals since you can cut those to size. My bottle seals are loser than the cone ones, but still no leaks.

I'm going with cone seals or lighter bottles next time. (or on a new suit)
