YMCA teaching kids to swim. Gret program there is another for very little ones that I am not real familiar with but heard it is pretty good. Teaches the kids to keep their little heads up. I saw it on TV and the kids where in diapers.. I do not know the age as I have never had one of my own and age guessing is defineitly a parents game.
Been working with my 2 year old, Xavier, since he was a few weeks old. He's quite the water bug
