wasn't being as strict on diet last week. did four dives in five days, including one dive involving major surface swims out and back, swimming against current, and towing in another diver which gave me some pretty good excersize.
 
thing of course. My thought for increased exercise is only slightly, 10 - 15 min. mild arobic cycle with a little weight work every other day. Main thing to kick up the metabolism (mines weak due to a bad thyroid). Roger
