Couv, it's not nice showing off such shinny chrome.....makes me want one. :)

Did you have it done local or did Douchbag do it?
 
I had a semi local guy do it (about 20 miles from where I live) ....he did a great job. It looks better than the pix. He stripped it down to bare brass, polished it and reshaped the exhaust duct, copper plated, nickel plated, chrome plated.

C, you would guess correctly. I've converted it to a Balanced Adjustable. Therefore, it has the same spring, diaphragm, poppet, balance chamber and lever system as the G-250. But because it's chrome and not plastic, dry mouth is much less of an issue. Additionally, as Dale pointed out it'll still be around when it's plastic cousins are choking the life out of some innocent sea turtle.

I know Master Awap would point out that the $s spent on it won't make it breathe any better, but :mooner: to him....it's a functional piece of art.
