I dove it in Feb in a 3/2 Full and was comfortable. Did three dives each day for two days.

The water is a pretty consistent ~68 all year. I dove it Feb 8th in a 5mm, and I was great. I was also running 6mm boots and 3mm gloves. But, illustrated by the above post, it's a lot of preference and tolerance levels, too.
